John and his wife, Paula, founded Procure Personnel on October 9th, 1995. They established their first office at 601 East Diamond Ave, Hazleton PA. In April of 2001, they moved to their present location of 113 N Wyoming St, Hazleton, PA outgrowing their first office. His passion for this business has been, since the beginning, to help other people and businesses reach their goals. John has innovated this business to exceed the humdrum staffing agencies out there. He has extensive experience in staffing the Logistic industry and familiarly in the most used technology by the industry.
Paula founded Procure Personnel with her husband John. She values helping her clients and employees reach their goals. She enjoys being locally owned so she can be involved in the day-to-day activities of the business. Paula graduated from Pennsylvania State University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family.
Veronica joined Procure Personnel in 2015 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University receiving a bachelor's degree in Finance. She started recruiting employees for Procure Personnel as a high school student. She enjoys giving people in her community reliable and steady work. She loves traveling and spending time with family.
Paula Costabile joined Procure Personnel in 2006. Her duties include processing payroll for all employees, addressing and resolving employee complaints relating to payroll, and responding to unemployment claims. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
